Company History

As we celebrate our 50th year, we have trawled the company archive and opened our photo album to share with you some of our history.

We were founded on the 7th November 1961 by Meurig and Connie Evans. Although Meurig passed away in 1998, Connevans is still very much a family firm and is today run by his children David Evans and Mary Cann - together with their co-directors John Popplestone and Gareth Pont. Connie Evans continues to maintain an interest in the company but now from the comfort of her home.
