Hearing aid direct input - FAQ

cartoon

I am a hearing aid user and want to listen to my I-Pod, I have seen the DPV blue plugged personal stereo direct input leads and the personal inductive listening neckloops on your website and I do not know which one to choose - can you explain the differences please - why would I choose one rather than the other - which will give the best performance?

You have a number of questions here, let me answer them as follows:

Can you explain the differences please:

Which will give the best performance?

Hearing aid direct input.

Visit here for a blue plugged personal stereo direct input lead and here for direct input shoes.

Are there any other factors to consider?

Fitting direct input shoes to a hearing aid requires a reasonable level of dexterity - if this is likely to be a problem choose the easier option of a personal inductive listening product.

Cost and product details, a personal inductive listening product will cost less than a direct input connection with a blue plugged personal stereo direct input lead and 2 direct input shoes.
