Visited Connevans last week. This was a repeat visit 20 years later after purchasing a CRM-2020 all those years ago. This equipment has lasted me really well and saw me through gaining my degree and qualifying as a Probation Officer. I have continued to use it throughout my career for meetings and training. Something I could never envisage without Connevans brilliant listening device. Wished I had it when I was at school, it was worth every penny.

I visited last week to explore what updates there were and my visit did not disappoint. Richard and his team made me and my assistance hearing dog, Indigo feel really welcome. I was able to listen with the equipment and Richard seemed to know exactly what I needed after listening to how my previous equipment had supported me. He was also able to suggest other adaptions to help me with my severe hearing loss.

Just a quick note to congratulate you on your excellent service.

I wear an NHS Phonak hearing aid and needed some spare tubes and domes for it.

I thought buying some would be more convenient than waiting at the hospital clinic so I spent 2 hours yesterday visiting the 5 shops in my home town that provide hearing aid services.
Not one of them could help (although they were happy to try and sell me a new hearing aid at between £440-£2500).

I found your website after only a few minutes of searching. The clear pictures and informative descriptions enabled me to find what I needed in no time at all. Ordered just after midday on Friday and delivered by 1pm the next day.

Just want to say a BIG thank you for all your help with my requirements for the blue-plug lead and DSIEI shoes for my Siemens hearing aids.
I made an enquiry on Sunday evening by email with photos of my hearing aids, Connevans replied soon after with a direct link to the products that were required, ordered on Monday, delivered Tuesday!
I have fitted them and tested them out and WOW WOW WOW, now I can hear everything clearly and loud! Finally after years of trying different earphones, headphones that are never suitable for deaf person like myself.
I love music and I use Bose Mini soundlink speakers as these are awesome but not ideal when the wife complained!
The kits are brilliant, the service is second to none, brilliant!

I ordered a Geemark CLA-40 amplifier day before yesterday and received it late this morning.

Now that's what I call good service.
Unfortunately when I set it up for my Binatone Concept Combo 'phone it did not function so I called your number and was politely helped, and then put through to "Phil" who was very helpful and suggested that the unit be tried on another 'phone, in this case our "downstairs "phone a BT Decor.    This was successful and I called Phil to let him know that his "fix" was good.

I have simply swapped the phone locations and the new amplifier works well and is neater, and an improvement on its pre-decesser, an Amplicomms TA 10 which has taken to going on strike during calls, hence the need for a successor..

I called your company today with regards information about the purchase of a Minitek to go with my mother's hearing aid. Initially I spoke to a young lady, she was very helpful and kind. She then passed me on to a gentleman called John. Who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

We have subsequently booked an audiology appointment to trial the Minitek and look forward to purchasing one from yourselves.

Hi, having the need to check on an item I bought and how to use, I rang and was put through to your service Dept. What can I say, the service was “Par” excellent, not only was the information given first class but and this is much more important “understandable”.

The person I spoke to had a sense of humour which helped in bring the information down to a level which made it easier to understand but he came across as a person who knew his job. What must be understood is that for (as an example myself) being hard of hearing which makes for miss-understanding when stressed very likely, I found so much ease to understand the instructions I was given and , can I say “I was as one”.

The rehearsal venue for Choir Worstead is a village hall which is used for a wide variety of activities. It has a high ceiling and acoustics which make rehearsals difficult even for singers with good hearing because of excessive resonance and people with hearing problems really struggled. Phil Boswell from Connevans was enormously helpful, visiting the hall and demonstrating the Soundfield System which we decided would be our best solution.

The installation was quick and efficient, the equipment is unobtrusive and the system is straightforward in use. In choir rehearsals voice audibility is hugely improved which means that instructions are heard clearly, saving time, repetition and the conductor’s voice. Other groups who hire the hall are also delighted to be using the Soundfield System, and in time it may even attract people who value the clarity and audibility which it affords. Thank you for your continued help and advice and for bearing with us while we raised the funding.

It is gratifying to know that there are human beings involved!!

The first one I 'met' was Sarah. She is amazing! Helpful, friendly and with her customers' best interest at heart! Noticing that I had ordered 2 products in quick succession, she wondered why and had the gumption to call and ask! The reason was because I could not find the second item on my first search. But when I found them later, I wanted to order. A quick chat with Sarah solved the problem - REAL customer care!

The second person I 'met' was Tony. Who, I am told, picked and packed my order. I have not received it yet (please, Royal Mail, hurry it to my door!) but if the packing and delivery service is as good as the other service thus far, it will arrive tomorrow or Wednesday in good condition, beautifully packed!
